Real-time bingo, settled on Solana.

Beach Bingo runs live multiplayer rooms where every ball draw is derived from an on-chain VRF seed. No trusted server. No house edge hiding in the code. Just math you can verify.

A full casino-grade loop on a phone: Mobile Wallet Adapter signing, Seed Vault custody, deterministic draws, and instant settlement the moment someone calls bingo.

Winner paid on-chain

Every client derives the same draw order from the on-chain seed: deterministic, replayable, cheat-proof. The server never touches a ball.

Capabilities

One studio, the whole stack.

01
Websites & web platforms
Marketing sites and SaaS products on Next.js and Vercel. Auth, billing, email, cron. The unglamorous parts, done properly.
02
Android & iOS apps
Cross-platform with Expo and React Native. One codebase, native feel, 120 Hz where the hardware allows. We own the pipeline down to the Gradle flags.
03
Solana rails, optional
Anchor programs with escrow, VRF, and token logic when you want them. Every app we ship runs with or without the chain underneath.
04
Local LLMs
We build and train language models that run on your own hardware. Private by default, fine-tuned to your data, no third-party API in the loop.
How we work

Four steps, no theatre.

Small team, direct line, weekly builds in your hands. You always know what we're shipping and why.

01 week 1
Discovery
A working call to pin the goal, the users, and the riskiest unknown. You leave with a written scope, not a guess.
02 week 1–2
Architecture
We pick the stack, map the data and chain logic, and agree what "done" looks like before a line ships.
03 ongoing
Build
Weekly builds in your hands on real devices. Direct line to the people writing the code, no account managers.
04 after launch
Ship & run
Store submission, monitoring, and the unglamorous maintenance. We keep it alive once it is live.
Engagement models

Pick how we partner.

No surprise invoices. We scope in plain language, agree the model up front, and stick to it.

Most common Fixed scope Quoted per project A defined build with a clear deliverable, timeline, and price agreed up front. Best when you know what you want shipped.
+ Written scope & milestones + Fixed price, no drift + Handover + docs included
For evolving products Monthly retainer From a set monthly rate A standing slice of the studio each month for roadmaps that keep moving. Reprioritise week to week.
+ Continuous weekly builds + Flexible priorities + Pause or stop anytime
Selective Product partnership Cash + equity blend For founders we believe in, we build at a reduced rate in exchange for a stake. We win when you win.
+ Reduced cash rate + Long-term alignment + Hands-on co-building

Not sure which fits? Tell us the goal and we'll recommend one.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Websites and web platforms, Android and iOS apps, Solana protocols and tokens, and local LLMs we build and train. Every app can ship with or without on-chain rails underneath.

No. Solana rails are optional. Plenty of what we ship is a plain app or website with no chain involved. We add on-chain logic only when it earns its place.

A language model that runs on your own hardware, fine-tuned to your data, with no third-party API in the loop. Private by default, and yours to keep.

We take a limited number of builds at once. Discovery can usually start within a week or two, and you get working builds on real devices every week from there.

You do. On fixed-scope and retainer work the code and IP are yours on delivery. Partnership deals are the only exception, and those terms are agreed in writing up front.

We are a Caribbean studio based in Anguilla, working with clients remotely worldwide. Time zone is Atlantic (UTC−4).
